Bridgly is a WhatsApp Business automation platform that enables service businesses to manage appointments, automate customer replies, and streamline their operations through WhatsApp.
You must register an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.
Bridgly operates on a subscription model at 99 SAR per month. Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically. You may cancel at any time, and your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. All payments are processed securely through Moyasar.
You agree not to use the Service to send spam, unsolicited messages, or content that violates WhatsApp's terms of service. You are solely responsible for the content you send through the platform and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by Bridgly and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without prior written consent.
Bridgly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email.
