Bridgly offers a 5-day free trial for all new accounts so you can evaluate the Service before subscribing. After a payment is made, refunds are available within 7 days of the charge if the Service has not been used. Requests made after 7 days will not be eligible for a refund.
To request a refund, contact our support team at majedbalubaid0@gmail.com within 7 days of your payment. Please include:
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days and credited back to the original payment method. Refunds are processed through Moyasar and are subject to their processing timelines.
The following are not eligible for refunds:
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Settings → Subscription page. Upon cancellation, your account will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.
In the event of a significant service outage (more than 24 consecutive hours), affected users may be eligible for a pro-rated credit applied to their next billing cycle. Credits will be applied automatically and do not require a request.
