Bridgly processes WhatsApp messages on your behalf to provide the automation service. Message content is stored securely in our database to enable inbox management and conversation history. You are responsible for obtaining proper consent from your customers before communicating with them through WhatsApp.
Payment transactions are processed by Moyasar, a PCI DSS Level 1 compliant payment gateway. We do not store your full card details on our servers. We only store a tokenized reference provided by Moyasar for recurring billing purposes.
Your data is stored on Supabase (PostgreSQL) with encryption at rest and in transit. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
We share your data only with trusted third-party service providers necessary to operate the Service, including Supabase (database), Vercel (hosting), Twilio or Meta (WhatsApp messaging), and Moyasar (payments). These providers are bound by their own privacy policies.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you the Service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at majedbalubaid0@gmail.com.
